They also lend to the confusion by saying they believe it’s been recommended by the CDC that anyone considered not vaccinated are people who have received their vaccine two weeks ago but haven’t had their booster. But we think the definition is more like this: A person must be fully vaccinated for 14 days to be considered vaccinated.
