It’s been over a week since the catastrophe hit the Appalachian region.
What Does the Future Hold?

After our 2 1/2 hour Bookmark yesterday, my husband stated to me pointedly this morning, “I wonder if China has something to do with this, meaning did they expand their cloud-seeding technology into the United States.”
Perhaps. In December 2020, Reuters writes, China Vows To Beef Up Weather Modification Capabilities. Granted, the article focuses primarily on China beefing up their own weather modification programs in their own region. But if we were going to look at this as some sort of Chinese attack, then we’d have to ask why the US Government is covering it up.

China’s solar boom is entirely due to the large amount of quartz mined in the United States. I can only imagine that China then creates the solar technology, which components are mined in the United States, only to sell these products back to the United States at a huge mark=up.
One can’t talk about this catastrophe, still fresh in everyone’s minds and still gripping our hearts in terror, without looking at the destruction of the quartz and lithium mines. We know that Sibelco and The Quartz Corporation mines located in Spruce Pine have halted their operations. Sibelco diversifies through acquisitions worldwide, including Canada, Norway, UK, Mexico, Ukraine, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and Thailand. The Quartz Corporation is registered in Norway.
And, we know that Albemarle was awaiting permit approval to rebuild out the King Mountain mine. Albemarle has a strong presence in China in 7 major municipalities and provinces in a vast and strategically significant market.
The question is did China attack the USA in order to get more control of these resources and is the United States simply covering it up? Or, did the USA orchestrate this attack through a weather modification program and attack their own soil in order to keep China from these minerals, thus pivoting them to a stronger position on the global market?
In either case, the displacement of population makes it easier to expand operations.
